Blockchain (Layer 1) Developer

HeLa Labs is a Layer 1 blockchain built for real-world utility. We are hiring a Blockchain Developer to contribute to the core development of the HeLa chain. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain HeLa core blockchain protocol (Go/Rust) - Build and optimize EVM-compatible modules and precompiles - Contribute to consensus layer improvements and validator infrastructure - Design and implement bridge architecture for cross-chain interoperability - Write comprehensive tests and documentation - Review and audit smart contracts and protocol changes Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in blockchain/distributed systems development - Strong proficiency in Go or Rust - Deep understanding of EVM, consensus protocols (PoS/BFT), and P2P networking - Experience with Ethereum-compatible chains (Geth, Polygon, BNB Chain, etc.) - Solid understanding of cryptography fundamentals Nice to Have: - Contributions to open-source blockchain projects - Experience with Layer 2 or cross-chain bridge development - Familiarity with formal verification or security auditing
