Privacy Policy

We collect the following types of information when you use Dream3Jobs:

Email address, name, and authentication credentials. Magic link tokens are short-lived (15 min) and never stored. Wallet authentication uses on-chain signatures verified server-side.

Job seeker profile including headline, bio, skills, work experience, and CV files you choose to upload. Uploaded CVs are stored encrypted on AWS S3.

If you connect a Web3 wallet, we store your public wallet address only. We never request or store private keys.

Pages visited, features used, job applications submitted, AI feature usage counts (for plan quota enforcement).

Messages sent through our contact form and email address used for job alert subscriptions.

We use your data to:

- Provide and improve the Dream3Jobs platform

- Match your profile to relevant job listings (AI match scoring)

- Generate AI-powered resume optimizations and cover letters on your request

- Send job alert emails you've explicitly subscribed to

- Process subscription billing via Stripe

- Respond to support and sales enquiries

- Enforce platform terms and plan quotas

- Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models beyond the features you explicitly use.

- All personal data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion, except where legally required.

- Deleted from S3 within 7 days of CV replacement or account deletion.

- Retained for 12 months for audit and support purposes.

- Retained as required by Stripe's data retention policies and applicable financial regulations.

Under GDPR and applicable privacy laws, you have the right to:

- a copy of all personal data we hold about you

- incorrect or outdated data

- your data ("right to be forgotten") — delete your account from Settings

- processing of your data in certain circumstances

- — export your data in a machine-readable format

- to processing for direct marketing

We use the following cookies:

An HTTP-only, Secure, SameSite=Strict cookie containing your encrypted session token. Required for authentication. Expires when you log out or after 7 days of inactivity.

A localStorage item (not a cookie) storing your light/dark mode preference. Not transmitted to our servers.

We may use privacy-respecting analytics. These can be disabled without affecting core functionality.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.
