Terms of Service

By accessing or using Dream3Jobs ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users including job seekers, recruiters, and visitors. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.

You agree not to:

- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or candidate profiles

- Harvest or scrape data from the Platform without written permission

- Use AI-generated content to impersonate others or create fake identities

- Circumvent plan limits or abuse free trial provisions

- Transmit malware, spam, or any code designed to harm the Platform or its users

- Violate any applicable law, including data protection regulations

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Free plan: No payment required. Usage limits apply (3 AI scans/month, 5 applications/month).

Talent Pro ($19/month or $156/year): Charged at the start of each billing period. Access to unlimited AI features as described on the Pricing page.

Recruiter ($149/month or $1,248/year): Charged at the start of each billing period. Limited to 5 active job posts.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Dream3Jobs to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

All prices are in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time Pro or Recruiter subscribers. To request a refund, email billing@dream3jobs.com within 7 days of your first charge.

After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not generate a refund for the current billing period.

Enterprise contracts may have different refund terms as specified in the contract.

The AI features on Dream3Jobs (Resume Optimizer, Job Match Score, Cover Letter Generator, JD Writer) are provided "as is" for informational and productivity purposes.

We make no guarantee that:

- AI match scores accurately predict hiring outcomes

- AI-optimized resumes will result in interviews or offers

- AI-generated cover letters or job descriptions will be accurate for every specific use case

Users are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use. Do not submit AI-generated content that you have not reviewed and verified.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream3Jobs and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

- Lost job opportunities or employment outcomes

- Inaccuracies in AI-generated content

- Data loss due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or SGD 100, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
