Business Development Associate

HeLa Labs is a Layer 1 blockchain built for real-world utility. We are looking for a driven Business Development Associate to expand HeLa ecosystem partnerships and onboard new projects. Responsibilities: - Identify, engage, and close partnerships with DeFi protocols, NFT projects, and Web3 startups - Represent HeLa at industry events and conferences - Build and manage a pipeline of ecosystem partners and grant applicants - Collaborate with the technical team to support partner integrations - Track BD metrics and report on partnership pipeline progress Requirements: - 1-3 years of BD, sales, or partnerships experience in Web3 or tech - Strong network in the blockchain/crypto ecosystem - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Self-motivated and comfortable working in a startup environment - Based in or willing to relocate to Singapore Nice to Have: - Experience working at a Layer 1 or Layer 2 blockchain project - Existing relationships with VCs, launchpads, or DeFi protocols
