Community Manager / Moderator

HeLa Labs is a dynamic team of innovative developers, engineers, and scientists committed to delivering the stablecoin-powered Layer 1 chain built for real-world adoption. This is a full-time, remote role with an ecosystem partner of HeLa Labs. We are looking for a Community Manager/Moderator to oversee and nurture our growing online communities across Telegram, Discord, and Twitter/X. Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage interactions within HeLa online communities - Maintain community standards and foster a respectful, welcoming environment - Provide timely responses to member inquiries and concerns - Work alongside teammates to create and execute community engagement initiatives - Monitor community sentiment and surface feedback to the core team - Moderate discussions and handle community conflicts professionally Requirements: - Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in digital settings - Professionalism when navigating difficult or sensitive scenarios - A welcoming and helpful attitude toward community members - Strong collaboration skills with a commitment to community growth - Active interest in blockchain, Web3, and DeFi Nice to Have: - Prior experience moderating a crypto or Web3 community - Familiarity with Telegram, Discord, and Twitter/X community tools - Multilingual skills (Indonesian, Vietnamese, or Mandarin) To Apply: https://forms.gle/PqBfn4HSX8HMcpUr7
